All our data was backed up off site and we must thank Taylor Made Computer Solutions for making sure all data was recovered and the new Servers delivered so quickly. We use a very sophisticated Citrix Mainframe system which allows us to support all our clients so well by working remotely online to our system and this has been fully re-built in days by Taylor Made.
We are also pleased to note that all our Client files were also retrieved from the only cupboards not destroyed by Fire which we are sure was our only bit of luck in the whole disaster. Therefore, minimal client records have been destroyed and the handful of clients affected will be contacted soon.
We have now relocated for at least 6 months to 21 Southampton Street, Southampton S015 2ED with the same Telephone number 01329 848080.
All post should be sent to our new address, but any post sent to our old address in Fareham will be re-direceted to us.
Thank you for all your calls and Support.
We are all fine and thankfully back in Business.
