KMA in Charity Dragon Boat Race

KMA Tax entered a team in the first Rainbow Centre Charity Dragon Boat Race day.

After the first 3 heats, KMA Tax had posted the fastest time of the day and qualified first for the Semi-Finals.

After winning through to the Final, KMA narrowly lost on a photo finish by 0.3 seconds.

The team had a great day and helped raise thousands of pounds for the Rainbow Centre in Fareham.

Given nobody in the KMA team had stepped foot in a Dragon Boat previously – it was a fantastic effort.

Jayne meets Dee Caffari MBE

Jayne attended a new Networking event in Southampton and asked Dee for some tips on Dragon Boat Racing!

British yachtswoman Dee Caffari is the first woman to have sailed single-handed and non-stop around the world in both directions and the only woman to have sailed non-stop around the world three times.

In 2006 Dee became the first woman to sail solo, non-stop, around the world against the prevailing winds and currents and was awarded an MBE in recognition of her achievement.

Charity Cricket Match

Khan and Morris entered a team into a charity 6 a side day at Burridge cricket club.

Despite scoring 22 in the first Over of the first game, the KMA Team lost to both Portmore Insurance and Southern Power Tools Limited.

Maybe we should let the girls in the office play next year !

Well done Jameel (aged 10) for being our best player on the day .

Companies House amend their filing fees

From 6th April Companies House have amended their fees. Companies wishing to file their Annual Return were initially charged £15 however this has now been reduced to £14. For those wishing to submit their Annual Return via paper filing the fee will increase to £40, previously £30.
