Ray Khan (Left)

Ray has many years experience of working closely with a number of owner-managed business.  In addition to 15 years as a partner or sole practitioner, he has set up and grown several businesses specialising in the Property Sector as well as acting as Finance Director for growing client businesses.

Ray has significant experience of working closely with the owners and managers of smaller businesses across a wide range of industries and including start-ups, helping them to develop their market offering, their business effectiveness and their bottom-line results.

His regular client work includes corporate tax, raising finance and corporate structuring. Recently, he assisted in the sale of a client's business to an International Group, including the initial negotiations, the tax structuring of the transaction and the final disposal process.

Ray and his wife Fiona live in Southampton and have two children Jameel  and Sophie . Ray  is a trustee of  The Rainbow Centre , which helps children with motor impairment and  is a keen Golfer, avid Saints  supporter and enjoys spending the summer at the Rose Bowl watching the Hampshire Hawks. Ray is dreading the day his children will beat him at golf, they are being coached by Fiona who has played off Scratch and represented England as a Junior !

Jayne Morris FCCA (Right)

Jayne is a qualified accountant with many years experience working in local accounting practices.  

She has worked with Ray for the past 8 years and helped him to develop the practice to its current status, providing technical expertise and organisation to ensure that all clients statutory obligations are met accurately and within deadlines.

Jayne works closely with her clients to ensure continuous improvement in their internal processes as well as ensuring that they receive up to date practical and technical advice to enable them to run the financial aspects of their businesses more effectively.

Jayne lives in Fareham, and like Ray is a keen Saints fan. She is currently trying to out-do the rest of the Khan Morris team by virtue of the number of "friends" she has on the social networking website facebook. 

Jim Walker (Centre)

Jim is the most recent addition to the Khan Morris team, having become a partner in March 2008. Jim offers a wealth of commercial accounting experience following 15 years as a management accountant and financial controller within several local businesses.

Jims commercial experience has allowed him to quickly develop understanding of clients business needs and he has developed our own in-house systems to enable us to maintain a high level of service to our growing client base.

He is currently introducing our clients to some advanced tax planning systems to ensure their business and personal affairs are conducted in the most tax efficient manner.

Jim lives with his wife, Nikki, in Portchester and enjoys spending time with his 2 children, Matthew and Hannah. Unlike Ray and Jayne, Jim supports Pompey. As you can imagine this provokes some friendly banter in the office!
